Spatiq is an on-prem platform that puts an entire estate — sites, buildings, networks and the equipment inside them — on one live 3D map, with the history behind every reading. It reads plant data directly over OPC UA, keeps its own historian, and runs air-gapped on hardware the operator controls.

Who it is for
Estates run from tables.
District energy networks, utilities, campuses and industrial estates: hundreds of assets reporting into SCADA screens and CSV exports, spread across sites nobody can see on one map — and plant data that is not allowed to leave the premises.

History, not just now
Scrub to any past moment, roll up average, minimum and maximum over three hours to thirty days, or play a day back as a time-lapse. Served from the historian on the same box.
A direct OPC UA gateway
Subscribes to any compliant OPC UA server. Rebuilds subscriptions on reconnect, applies deadbands, and spools to disk while the database is unavailable, so readings are not lost. No MQTT broker, no extra gateway licence.
An operations console
Browse a server's address space and bind tags to assets, import mappings as CSV, and watch connection diagnostics. Add, clone or bulk-import sites and assets — they appear on the map within seconds.
Runs air-gapped
Basemap, fonts and code ship inside the install; the browser policy blocks outbound calls. Named operator logins with Argon2 password hashing and no external identity provider. Nothing phones home.
Built to be operated
Point-in-time recovery, least-privilege database roles, connection pooling and TLS. Ships as an offline container bundle with a runbook for install, restore drills and encryption at rest.

Spatiq runs today on a demonstration estate with real building footprints and synthetic telemetry. A pilot takes one estate and its existing OPC UA servers, deployed on hardware the operator controls, with the studio doing the integration.
