Real building outlines · synthetic telemetry
Synopse · 3D showrooms · GIS twins · OT / IT integration
Every site on one map.Every machine, live.
We build GIS twins of real infrastructure and true-scale 3D of the equipment inside it — from the drawings, catalogues and PLC tags you already have. Whole estates on a real map. Live machines. Walkable showrooms.
A whole estate on one map.
Real building footprints, real networks, every site coloured by what it is telling you. Here, Palm Jumeirah drawn from its actual outlines, every building reporting into one control room. This is Spatiq.
Spatiq, the platformUnder the towers, the network.
Business Bay, real footprints. Beneath the streets, the flows a district runs on — chilled water out to the towers and back, gas to the plant — moving as they move. Shown lightly on purpose: the operator's picture, not the drawing.
Spatiq, the platformBehind every point, a plant.
Drop into one site and the equipment is there at true scale: two duty pumps on a header, a booster, the break tank that feeds them, the compressors and the receiver beside them. Every unit placed from its drawing, every pipe from the P&ID.
Every unit, from its datasheet.
Pumps, vessels, valves, instruments, compressors — each built to the manufacturer's envelope and ratings, unbranded, ready to drop into a plant or a showroom. The PDF you already publish is the source.
Then it runs.
Flow moves through the pipework, the duty pump carries the load, tank level and receiver pressure read in real time — over OPC UA and Modbus, on-prem. The plant as the operator sees it, not a diagram of it.
Spatiq, the platformYour whole catalogue, walkable.
The full range on one floor. Configure a unit, compare three side by side, send one on WhatsApp. Live on your domain in weeks.

Two things we build.
A GIS platform that puts a whole estate on a real map, and a 3D showroom that starts from a datasheet. Both come from the same library of dimensioned twins, and both run on the documents and data you already have.
Spatiq
GIS for live infrastructure
Every device, every site, every building on one live 3D map — real footprints, real networks, telemetry-coloured severity. An OPC UA gateway feeds a PostGIS and TimescaleDB historian under an operations console. Runs air-gapped.

Digital Showroom
For equipment distributors
A distributor's catalogue as an interactive 3D showroom: every model dimensioned from the manufacturer's tables, every option a real part number, compare at true scale, enquiries that arrive pre-filled. Built from public datasheets, live on your domain in weeks.

Practices
Three ways to work with us.
GIS and spatial operations
Real footprints, real networks, real coordinates. Estates, campuses and cities on a live map with telemetry-coloured severity — deck.gl on open basemaps, PostGIS underneath, on-prem when it has to be.
3D twins and showrooms
From a catalogue or a plant drawing to a dimensioned, browsable model — a showroom for a distributor, a twin for an estate. Datasheet-accurate, deployable from anywhere, deliverable in weeks.
OT / IT integration
SCADA, PLC and industrial-control data brought into interfaces people actually open. OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT into historians, dashboards and maps — on-prem when it has to be. The bridge most software studios never attempt.
Domain first
Years inside industrial-automation environments and control rooms sit underneath the products. We don't need to be told what an RTH line on a utility bill means.
Ship, then iterate
A working v0.3 in front of an operator on day 14 beats a perfect v1.0 on day 90. Real users decide which features matter.
Built to be boring
Software designed to still be load-bearing five years on. Durable, documented, observable. The opposite of agency throughput.
Where to start
The Discovery Sprint.
Two weeks, fixed scope, always paid. We take one operational problem — a catalogue that only exists as PDFs, an estate nobody can see on one map, a data source trapped in a control system — and return a working prototype plus a build or no-build recommendation you can hold us to.
Book a sprint conversation- Week 1We sit with the problem: documents, data, workflows, constraints, the people involved.
- Week 2We ship a working prototype against your real data — a hall, a twin, a pipeline.
- Day 14A demo, a technical memo, and an honest recommendation. Sometimes that is "don't build this."
Work with us
Tell us about the problem.
We take on a small number of engagements at a time — 3D showrooms and twins, GIS estates on Spatiq, the OT/IT integration that feeds them, and Discovery Sprints. If domain matters more than scale, we would like to hear it.
