Domain software studio · Trivandrum, IN

Softwarefor theoperations-heavy world.

Utilities, facilities, manufacturing, energy. We've sat in the control rooms our software is built for — and we use AI as load-bearing leverage so a small studio ships at the pace of a much larger one.

SHT 01Practices

Three practices, one studio.

We pick problems where domain knowledge compounds — then we ship. Every practice runs on the same conviction: the software wins when it respects how operators actually work.

P-01Products

Vertical SaaS

End-to-end products — mobile, web, backend, AI pipelines — built for one vertical at a time. Bill intelligence, venue operations, facility management. Tuned to the real workflows, not the org chart.

P-02Bridges

OT / IT Integration

SCADA, PLC and industrial-control data brought into clean, modern interfaces. OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT — into dashboards people actually open. The bridge most software studios never attempt.

P-03Leverage

AI-Augmented Engineering

Claude and Gemini as load-bearing parts of the build — OCR, structured extraction, forecasting, code velocity. Not chatbots bolted on. Fewer engineers, faster ship cycles, software that survives messy real-world inputs.

SHT 02The fleet

What we've built.

First-party products, all of them. Same playbook every time: pick a domain we understand, build the tool the operators always wanted, put the AI where it earns its keep.

UNIT-02Demo-ready · on-prem

Spatiq

Spatial intelligence for live infrastructure.

Every device, every site, every building on one live 3D map — real footprints, real networks, telemetry-coloured severity. An OPC UA gateway feeds a PostGIS + TimescaleDB historian under an operations console. Runs fully on-prem and air-gapped: no cloud dependency, no phone-home, ever.

RES-01R&D

ETS setpoint optimization. An advisory engine that computes the minimum primary flow still meeting a building's cooling load — recovering primary ΔT and cutting network pumping energy. Gradient-boosted load forecasting inverted through ε-NTU physics; fully explainable, no black-box control. Currently in research against a 12-building physics twin.

SHT 03Operating principles

A small studio, a long view.

We're not chasing logos. We're building software designed to compound — the kind that becomes load-bearing infrastructure for an operation a year after deployment.

Domain-first.

We work where we have lived knowledge — years inside industrial-automation environments, control rooms and operational pipelines. We don't have to be told what an RTH line on a utility bill means. Domain shows up in every interface decision.

Ship, then iterate.

Running software over slide decks. We'd rather have a working v0.3 in front of an operator on day 14 than a perfect v1.0 on day 90. Real users tell you which features matter; specs don't.

AI as leverage.

Claude and Gemini are part of our build process and part of our products. Used correctly, they replace whole job functions. Used poorly, they're noise. We know the difference — it's why a small studio can ship a fleet.

Built to be boring.

Software designed to still be load-bearing five years from now. No flip mentality. Durable, documented, observable. The opposite of agency throughput.

SHT 04Why Synopse

What sets the studio apart.

Built by domain insiders.

The people who design our products have spent years in the industries those products serve — plants, control rooms, monthly meter rounds. That knowledge doesn't come from user interviews.

Real OT-side experience.

Most software studios stop at the web UI. We've built and integrated with SCADA, PLCs and industrial control systems. We understand both halves of the OT/IT stack — and the rare bridge between them.

Studio velocity, not agency bloat.

AI-augmented delivery means a small team ships at the pace of a much larger one — without the agency overhead or the slide-deck tax. You pay for software, not status meetings.

Where to start

The Discovery Sprint.

Two weeks, fixed scope, always paid. We take one operational problem — a billing blind spot, a data source trapped in a control system, a workflow living in a spreadsheet — and return a working prototype plus a build/no-build recommendation you can hold us to.

Book a sprint conversation
  • WK-1We sit with the problem: data, workflows, constraints, the people involved.
  • WK-2We ship a working prototype against your real data.
  • D-14A demo, a technical memo, and an honest recommendation. Sometimes that's "don't build this."

Tell us about the problem.

We take on a small number of engagements at a time — vertical SaaS builds, OT/IT integrations, and Discovery Sprints for industrial software ideas. If you've got a problem where domain matters more than scale, we'd like to hear it.
